Real-Time Geological Insights

XRF-ZAP is a platform that allows you to perform data validation and QAQC checks on the go. It also has the capability to deliver real-time on-site rock composition, empowering geologists to make informed decisions for daily logging, geological modeling, and strategic planning.

We work with pXRF data collected both from handheld measurements and automated systems such as the Gerdra and BoxScan units. Our workflows are compatible with data generated from Olympus and SciAps instruments, whether used in the field or integrated within automated setups.

Depending on your current stage in the pXRF workflow, we can assist you in setting up a complete workflow and provide training for your field operators and geologists.

If you are further along in the process, we can integrate with your existing system and develop a custom platform tailored to your needs.

QAQC module

The QAQC module allows field operators to correct data entry errors on the go, while also checking for contamination and instrument drift.

The module works with a set of customizable filters tailored to your needs, ensuring seamless integration of the results into your database.

Geochemical domaining

In this module, we work alongside your geological team to classify pXRF geochemical results. Depending on your needs, we can produce regolith and rock classifications, as well as perform alteration vectoring and metal zoning, for example.

After the development phase, new data entries are automatically classified using a supervised machine learning protocol.

DASHBOARD

You can choose to use our interactive dashboard to monitor instrument performance, visualise geochemical data through dynamic graphs, and explore results in a 3D viewer. The outputs can also be linked directly to your preferred 3D software for seamless geological interpretation.
